Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SUNBALA website and store (the "Services"). SUNBALA is powered by Shopify. By accessing or using our Services, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

In summary, return requests must be made within 4 days of delivery, apply only to items that are torn or defective, and require a valid unboxing video.
